My work as a therapist is centered around our innate drive toward health, healing and wholeness. I'm passionate about empowering my patients to discover the best version of themselves in order to live their best lives. I help people let go of old patterns and reconnect to their true self so they can achieve their goals, restore healthy functioning and experience lovingkindness for themselves and others. I believe in being genuine, maintaining a sense of humor and honoring that the individuals I work with are experts on their own lives. I'm intensively trained in DBT and do my best work with young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, relationship issues and life transitions.
