Introduction

I have a passion for working with families, adolescents, young adults and parents. I prefer to see children from age 10 and up due to providing only telehealth at this time. Many children and adolescents I see have some of these issues: defiance, tantrums, trauma, anxiety, mood instability, and attachment. I love working with parents and believe that family therapy is just as important as individual therapy. Over the last several years, I have gained experience and knowledge working with children and families in both a residential treatment center and outpatient settings. I have completed several play therapy workshops and trainings, and have made working with children and families my area of expertise. I also have an interest in working with couples and families. I have completed the Gottman Couple's Therapy level one training and believe in a systems approach when counseling families.
