Introduction

I believe that we all have encountered times in our lives where navigating the ups and downs prove too challenging on our own. I know the process of finding a counselor that you connect with can be overwhelming. Participating in therapy requires a level of vulnerability that we do not often have to share in our daily lives. My goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and empathetic environment where you can develop the level of trust that is needed to disclose your concerns and challenges. I believe you are the expert of your story and will work with your strengths to assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you.I have 20 years of experience in mental health and addictions counseling. I am experienced in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My practice offers telehealth counseling to adolescents, individuals, and couples.I believe that we grow from our strengths and while it is the challenges and barriers that tend to bring us to seek support, it is those strengths we will utilize together to bring you to a happier, more fulfilled place in your life.
