Introduction

I provide my clients a virtual counseling experience through telehealth and face to face counseling that get results to reduce depression, anxiety and minimize relationship conflict and increase relationship intimacy. I am a conscious raiser and help those struggling with mental health problems the ability to label thoughts, feelings and behaviors. This process enables the client to decide if they are aligning with thoughts that are not helpful to them and restructure those beliefs that align more closely with their true value of worth and dignity.
