Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor Michelle Moore Wilkinson
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, Coping Skills,

Introduction

I studied Psychology at and have been helping others reach their full potential ever since. After working for an outpatient psychiatric clinic in my hometown of New Orleans, I relocated to Dallas, Texas to complete a Master of Arts in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. Sessions with me are conversational and easy going though we will tackle any challenges presented. My approach to therapy is to understand the core beliefs that lead to distress. Using concepts of CBT, DBT and eclectic therapy, I help the individual to understand the problem and gain the confidence to move forward. I have a particular focus on guiding through life's transitions whether it's leaving a career, starting over, or figuring out what's right.
