Hi, I'm Michelle, an LPC Associate in Texas supervised by Gladys Sanchez, LPC-S. I specialize in working with women who are struggling with with anxiety, the effects of trauma or in their relationships. My mission is to create a safe space that integrates the Catholic faith, family, cultura, language and comunidad in your healing and growth. I have helped women find the resources they need to experience calm, reach new levels of confidence, sustain healthy relationships, and exercise the courage they need to live a fulfilling life.
