Introduction

Dr. Michelle Lange, Psy.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Newport News, VA and licensed to practice throughout VA. I also have Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology in over 35 states via PsyPact. My areas of specialization include relationship issues, effective communication, adjusting to or working toward life changes, and neurodivergence. I also have expertise working with college students and navigating university resources, and work regularly with people experiencing depression, stress, and anxiety. I work from a humanistic perspective, meaning I meet you where you are with empathy and respect for practical obstacles you may be facing. I employ cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, interpersonal, and psychodynamic interventions, tailoring the interventions to client needs. Clients can expect reliability, empathic support, and commitment to meeting your goals. I guarantee timely appointments for existing clients even when unexpected needs arise. My practice is all virtual, and I work with adults 18 and older. www.relaction.us Send me a message to inquire about availability.
