I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and women facing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, attachment disorders, social skills deficits, emotional dysregulation, PTSD, or ADHD. I create a safe, empathetic environment for emotional expression, behavior management, thought reframing, and relationship building with goals including but not limited to emotional regulation, trauma healing, behavior development, self-esteem, and social skills enhancement. I offer play therapy, sand therapy, art therapy, and EMDR, fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment that celebrates neurodiversity and body positivity. I understand that life can be challenging and sometimes overwhelming. You don't have to face it alone! Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, etc., I am here to provide a safe, empathetic space for you to heal and grow.
