I have a wide variety of experience working in settings ranging from the VA, those who have experienced incarceration, and common mental health distress. I am up for the challenge and greatly enjoy helping others see their potential. I have worked with people to explore various concerns ranging from trauma, to life transitions, to just trying to figure out what life is about. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model, and work best with those that are willing to be flexible and are ready to feel the way they want to feel. My training is in Person-Centered, Humanistic therapy, though I bring some Existential and CBT tools, too. Given time, respect, and opportunity, people rise to the occasion and become who they know they can be. More than anything, I believe YOU are the expert in the room. Going to school does not make me know your experience better than you do. A good fit is important! I offer free 15-minute phone consultations so you can get an idea of who I am and if this is right for you. Providing an opportunity for you to make an informed decision is a top priority. Feel free to reach out via email or phone and I'd be happy to meet and answer any question you may have. Be well!
