Introduction

Our approach is centered in unconditional acceptance of our Client’s experiences and feelings. We strive to create an environment in which the Client can use their individual strengths to make constructive changes in their life. We utilize a holistic approach tailored to the needs and concerns of each individual, couple, or family we work with. We draw from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution focused theories in an effort to ensure counseling services are emotionally beneficial, behaviorally focused, and holistically bound. We have extensive experience working with individuals and families as they face life’s toughest issues. Our Clinicians have received training in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and so much more. Our goal is to make it easy to talk to a Therapist who will meet you where you are at. Our Therapist will provide an interactive, supportive, and inviting environment where you will be assisted with finding balance, confidence, and choosing your direction for your life.
