I work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, life stress, marital or relationship issues, and identity exploration. I would consider myself a down to earth, easy going, and compassionate therapist. I believe that change happens when you are seen and heard, therefore I strongly value my clients internal world views and experiences. I prioritize truly getting to know you and your struggles. Using Emotion-Focused Therapy, we will explore emotional regulation and maladaptive patterns of thinking and behaving.
