Life gets messy sometimes, and when you are in the middle of the mess it can be hard to find a way through it on your own. My clients and I work collaboratively to identify what could be adding to their emotional distress. Together we take a good look at their thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviors to see if we can find patterns, then create a plan of action to reduce their distress. Everyone is unique with his or her own set of circumstances that are considered as we walk this journey together. In a world where everyone is talking, sometimes it's just nice to have someone really listen.
