Introduction

Although I hold my LPC and provide therapy through a trauma informed relational lens to adults and teens, I am honored to be working with the amazing folks at Forge for this short time providing couples counseling through Forge. The struggles of a relationship can feel overwhelming, challenging, and messy. Your problems do not define you or your relationships. I believe clients are their own experts in their own lives and in their own relationships. We can work together to figure out what skills and tools work the best for your lives and relationships in a safe and supportive environment. I hold space for an authentic, genuine, and empathetic environment for clients to feel safe to be their authentic selves as well. I have experience working within the LGBTQIA+ population. I look forward to working with you.
