My journey toward becoming a counselor began in my teen years, as I struggled with the pressures of social media, comparison, and impossible beauty standards. A growing distrust in what I saw and heard online led me to seek deeper, more genuine connections and a true understanding of people beyond what I saw on a screen. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. My specialties include Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, and Mood Disorders, and my graduate-level research focused on the influence of social media on today’s youth. I care deeply about supporting adolescents, adults, and new moms as they face life’s emotional ups and downs. As a mom of two young boys, I know firsthand how demanding and emotional motherhood can be, and I’m here to offer the warmth and care I once needed myself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for, no matter where you are on your journey.
