Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience in mental health care. I provide individual therapy services to children, teens, and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, perinatal mood issues, attention difficulties, behavior issues, trauma, and grief/loss. I'm also a mom of 3 kids and love helping parents manage the joys and challenges of parenthood. My main approach is person-centered, which means I believe you are the expert of your own life and my role is to support you in moving towards positive change. I use cognitive-behavioral therapies to help clients change negative patterns and learn to better cope with life stressors. I also incorporate solution-focused therapy, which focuses on moving forward and helps you develop the goals and action steps that will get you where you want to be. When working with children, I value parent involvement and incorporate parent consultations and coaching sessions into the therapy process. Whether your goal is to have a place to process your worries, learn new coping skills, or to feel like yourself again, I can help! We will work together to create an action plan to help you reach your goals. And since all sessions are virtual, you can do it all in the comfort of your own home. When we meet, you can expect to be welcomed into a safe space where you can find hope and feel fully supported in working towards growth and healing.
