Introduction

I specialize in working with children and adolescents alongside their parents. I am also experienced in working with adults who are specifically struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. My experience in private practice, psychiatric hospitals, mental health programming, and with the Children's Advocacy Center has expanded my knowledge, broadened my clinical experience, and allowed me to expand the clientele and presenting issues I am able to effectively work with. I hold a strong systemic view when working with children & adolescents. I value parent's involvement in the therapeutic process and am successful in creating a strong relationship with both the parents and child. I primarily practice Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & use my training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), but am able to accommodate the client’s needs to equip them with the tools necessary to complete their goals.
