Introduction

I believe every individual possesses the innate ability to heal, grow, and transform; sometimes it just helps being reminded of our capabilities. I consider it an honor to walk beside clients in their healing journey and I offer both in person and telehealth sessions to meet my client's unique needs. I have 15+ years' experience in medical social serving needs of diverse populations in remote, hospital, home, and long-term care facility settings. I have experience in treating grief, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I utilize various therapeutic techniques including but not limited to cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, bibliotherapy, journaling, and mindfulness exercises. I am also skilled in having in-depth conversations surrounding an individual's values in relation to end-of-life care planning and can assist with medical directives so my client and their loved ones are better prepared to navigate difficult situations, if needed.
