My passion in life is to help you stop running from your pain, and to find wholeness and healing in your truest identity in Christ. I work best with spiritually motivated clients that may have a difficult time reconciling their mental illness in the presence of their faith. My heart is with those who suffer and struggle in this broken world. We all need a place to turn which supports us in developing our relationship with our faith, alongside processing and resolving deep rooted wounds of trials and life circumstances. I welcome all parts of you, even the parts that you reject or hide from the rest of the world. I utilize a holistic approach that addresses the entirety of your being and focuses on BOTH the temporal (mind and body) and eternal (spirit) aspects of your mental wellness. I believe in the integration of Psychology, Neuroscience, and Faith in your healing journey and am passionate about bridging the gaps of these complimentary world views.
