Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She received her Masters Degree from Lincoln Christian Seminary. She has over twenty years therapeutic experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. Michelle gained clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings at The Children's Home Association of Illinois. She also has experience working in a funeral home where she helped children and adults who were experiencing grief and loss issues related to the death of a loved one. Michelle enjoys helping clients increase their self-awareness in order to improve their ability to regulate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Her clinical experience includes, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, anger management, stress management, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and behavioral concerns. Michelle has been a health and wellness coach for 3 and 1/2 years where she aids people in losing weight and living their best lives. Michelle also provides Christian services when appropriate for an individual.
