Michele has over 26 years of experience working in the social services and behavioral healthcare fields providing case management, facilitation and training clinical assessment, instruction as an adjunct professor, curriculum and program development, program management, mentoring, therapy, and clinical supervision. Michele utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based approach in therapy with clients, identifying their treatment needs and utilizing appropriate evidenced-based treatment to achieve treatment goals. Michele specializes in working with children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, seniors, and families. Michele provides EMDR, Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Parent Training, Play Therapy, and Psychotherapy. Michele's mission is to provide a safe environment where clients can address issues, overcome obstacles, heal, and develop skills that allow them to reach their personal goals and highest potential. Michele's communication style is conversational and patients often find it easy and comfortable to discuss sensitive issues in sessions. When Michele is not working with clients, she enjoys Gator sports, college football, time with her children and retrievers, the beach and traveling. Michele's most recent adventures took her to Barcelona, Valencia, and Madrid, Spain.
