Clinically, I practice using the biopsychosocial approach to the development and maintenance of mental health by using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Interventions. I also incorporate insight-oriented and client-centered therapies I enjoy working with individuals who are looking to work collaboratively to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I will bring empathy, warmth, and compassion to each session. Within the safety of our therapeutic relationship, you will increase your insight and understanding, overcome obstacles and life challenges, and realize your worth and potentials.
