Introduction

I believe in meeting the client where they are. I have seen first hand that CHANGE IS POSSIBLE and I believe that it can happen when the therapeutic relationship is built from a foundation of trust, understanding and a little humor. I am confident that together we can get you to where you want to be and working towards your goals in life. Whether you are starting a new chapter, ending one, experiencing grief, depression, anxiety or have trauma to process through; I am optimistic we will find the right treatment plan for you! Besides doing private practice, I write and teach social emotional curriculum & classes aimed at helping kids & Teens learn how to identify and manage emotions. I have experience working with a diverse group of populations and diagnoses. Most recently I have worked at Linden Oaks Behavioral Health inpatient hospital as a clinical therapist. I am a certified clinical trauma professional that specializes in treating Anxiety disorders, Complex Grief, PTSD, eating disorders, complex trauma and abuse. I have experience working with Depressive & Mood disorders, Personality disorders and self-injury for adolescents and adults. Call me directly, I can't wait to get started.
