Introduction

Born and raised on the island of Maui, I offer a person-centered, nonjudgmental approach with Aloha. Getting help for challenges we face can be extremely difficult. The hardest step, is the first one. In taking that step, you have made a conscious decision to move in the direction of healing, and freedom at your own pace. Therapy is the beginning of a journey to reconnect in a way that is meaningful and fulfilling to yourself, and others in the world. It helps to have someone listen without judgement, who gives you the space to build your own path of healing and recovery. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, I am trained in a variety of modalities to meet your needs. I have been working at various settings in substance abuse treatment centers as both a therapist, and administrator. I specialize in addressing substance abuse, trauma, and mental health issues, just to name a few. We will work together to bring empowerment, balance, and aloha in your life.
