I am skilled and seasoned LCSW trained in the assessment and treatment of trauma, anxiety and depression. I have specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). My approach is flexible is based on your individual needs and goals. At this time, I am providing individual therapy for adults age 18 and over. Please note that I do not specialize in postpartum anxiety/depression or ongoing domestic violence challenges.
