Introduction

What is your vision of wellness? What would you say are the most defining features of your very own, very personally envisioned, one precious life well-lived? Let's collaborate, define this vision, and design a therapeutic treatment plan that is individualized, goal oriented, and person centered. If you are seeking tools to enhance insight and empathy, to increase skillfulness and emotion regulation, or to strengthen interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance, let's collaborate together. With specialized training in mindfulness-based psychotherapy, expressive arts therapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and play therapy, my clinical experience has included working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in community mental health, college, acute care, and hospital settings. Today, I provide professional psychotherapy services virtually, through my private clinical practice to residents of NYS, where I am licensed to practice mental health counseling. In addition, I provide a variety of educational and supportive services through inMindLLC, which are open to the general public. Counselor and client each bring their own unique expertise to the therapeutic process. This means that your personal expertise and self-knowledge will be valued components of therapy throughout every step. Contact me to take the first step towards your vision of wellness today.
