Introduction

I working with individuals, couples and families to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, life transitions, and relationship conflict. My therapeutic approach is systemic and holistic in nature and includes use of experiential and mindfulness techniques to empower clients to live a life of authenticity and abundance. Most of all, I love to bring the use of laughter, transparency, and compassion into my work. My passion is to walk alongside clients on their journey as they experience freedom from society's expectations and learn to genuinely love themselves. I believe in creating a safe haven in which my clients can share their fears and struggles without being judged.
