My goal in the therapy process is to create a supportive environment to help you heal, grow and become empowered to both live your most authentic life and connect more effectively with others. I will partner with you in a safe and non-judgmental space to discover where you may be stuck, explore strategies to create the change you desire and foster hope and courage. My personal approach has been described as warm, inclusive, proactive, engaged, patient and relational. I work with couples, individuals and families from all backgrounds, including those who are navigating divorce and co-parenting.
