As someone with ADHD, I have learned various strategies to navigate this neurotypical world. I invest in regular clinical consultation to maintain professional health and ensure I am offering my clients the best version of myself for their therapy. I have found that healing happens in relationships. I would be honored to be a part of your healing. I enjoy working with middle, high school, and college students. I enjoy working with clients who are wanting to find a sense of identity and purpose. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and identify as LGBTQIA+. They are wanting help navigating identity, relationships, career decisions, and past hurts. I have a professional interest working with people who have experienced religious and church hurt. My hope is that this safe space can help you understand what occurred and work toward growth and healing. I work non-judgmentally and from a place of validation. Only then can we work toward change. I help clients understand how previous experiences shape their life now. Together, we work toward insights around ways you are changing, and strive to increase your awareness of these processes, so that you can make the best decisions toward your future. The right fit in the therapeutic relationship is important. I recommend we meet three times so we can get to know each other. If my profile resonates with you or a loved one, please do not hesitate to reach out. I would be honored to be a part of your support team, so you can both gain understanding and work toward healing and growth.
