Greetings! I am a passionate mental health professional, dedicated to empowering others, especially ethnic minorities, to see their potential as they live out their dreams. I have served individuals struggling with suicidal ideations, homicidal ideations, and various mental health challenges such has anxiety, depression, identity challenges, grief, and racialized trauma. I believe in empowering others, through a strengths-based perspective that considers the whole person. I believe that therapy has to be a fluid experience that grows with the client. My background is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy I look forward to meeting you!
