It is in the experience of others and our own that at one time or another all of us have faced, is facing or will face adversity, distress, depression, anxiety, loss, abuse, neglect, personal hurts, painful memories, and trauma. During these seasons in life, fear, loneliness and/or being overwhelmed can feel as if we are stuck in quicksand. The more we fight to get out of the quicksand the more we sink, and hope can diminish. Michael works to meet clients exactly where they are in their struggle. Together we learn the core challenges that are in front of you. Michael is committed to helping individuals who are 14 years old and above target personal hurts and painful memories. We collaborate to create a space where you can uncover, process, discover your personal solutions in a safe, confidential, and supportive healing environment. Intentional participation during sessions will leave you feeling supported and empowered to address sensitive or difficult challenges and to prepare you to move forward with a sense of optimism and hope.
