Hello. I have lived in Austin since 1996 and have worked in several facets of the mental health field over the past 30 years. These have included in-patient treatment centers for children, adolescents and adults, EAP services, juvenile justice services, substance abuse treatment, and state mental health services. The primary foundation of my practice is my faith in my Creator. I feel called to serve individuals, couples and families within a biblical framework. No matter where you are in your faith journey, I am willing to meet you there and work with you to navigate whatever you may be experiencing in your own walk. I offer my experience and what I've learned both personally and professionally in hopes that those who are experiencing challenges and struggles might gain hope and direction in a time where one may struggle to find those things. I also offer pre-marital counseling for those who are following a biblical path toward marriage, whether you are looking at your first marriage or considering re-marriage. I believe there can often be more options than we are able to realize while in the middle of a difficult, challenging situation.
