I’m a family therapist, committed to helping people and families learn how to build healthier relationships. My work focuses on supporting deeper emotional connections and new ways of communicating your wants and needs. Its my belief that we want to find love with our families and loved ones, and with the right direction we can repair, deepen and enhance those relationships. I’m passionate about helping people understand and speak their true feelings, while helping their loved ones listen and understand. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. I have been providing individual psychotherapy and family therapy since 2006, and specialize in using Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and families. In addition to providing care, I am also involved with teaching graduate students and psychiatry residents at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as Edgewood College. I am a clinical member as well as an approved supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists.
