I am a mental health therapist focused on helping others cope with the trauma, stress and anxiety. We all deal with difficult choices and it's all but impossible to know if they're the right ones. My purpose is to help you figure out what's what, and then, what to do about it. The internal struggles effect our ability to make sound decisions.
