Introduction

I grew up in California and pursued an education in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego (BA) and in Marital and Family Therapy at the University of San Diego (MA). In 2015, I became a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California. From the headquarters in the greater California Bay Area, I offer digital coaching and counseling services throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. I specialize in individual, couples, family, and group therapy for teenagers and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, adaptation struggles, grief & loss, and/or relationship issues. Having lived in Japan and Europe, I bring a multicultural worldview to all the services I provide. Currently accepting new insurance and cash pay clients.
