After earning my BA in psychology, I fell into a career as a business manager. One of my bosses happened to be a teacher at the local Zen center and helped me realize after many long years that I was on a path I would not have chosen for myself. I began to study midnfulness and yoga, and eventually returned to graduate school, earning a master's degree in psychology and a second master's in marriage and family therapy. I now combine these various personal and professional experiences in my role as a therapist and counselor, helping others discover the right path for them, and the peace they deserve in both internal (psychological) and external (social) life. If you're facing marital issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, existential crisis, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to helping you achieve a full and meaningful life. To help you foster resilience and transformation. I've experienced the benefits of therapy first hand, and I'm eager to see others do the same.
