Introduction

I offer both in-person and video sessions for your convenience. Please reach out if you are experiencing low self-esteem, fear, anxiety, guilt, shame, remorse, sadness, irritability, mood swings, and/or a disconnection from others. Together, we work to reduce or eliminate these symptoms and get you back on track again. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, or are going through a transitional period, we explore the obstacles that are holding you back and tackle them head on. I am easygoing and use a lot of humor to enhance the therapeutic relationship and make our time together more enjoyable and productive. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), certified life coach (CTACC), and master level credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor (Master CASAC). I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, coaching, and meditation. All that stuff is fine, but the only thing that matters to you is that my methods work! For well over a decade, I have dedicated my life to helping my clients develop new habits and achieve their goals. You've come this far, please don't let worry, fear, or procrastination get in your way. My office is conveniently located in Roslyn Heights, right off of exit 37 on the L.I.E. and is handicapped accessible. I offer video sessions as well.
