Introduction

Quite simply, I'm here to help with the challenges that face you. As a therapist for over 15 years, I have a wide range of experience with many conditions and clientele. I've practiced in a variety of settings such as schools, in-home, inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth. Currently I am a psychologist for the state of New York, Office of Mental Health, and I provide telehealth services in the evenings. (Telehealth only, no in person services offered at this time.) I'm capable of working with most conditions, am experienced with trauma, family therapy, and have significant experience work with personality disorders. My approach is integrative with a foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy. I am well versed in multiple empirically validated therapies, humanistic approaches, and experiential practices that allow me to meet a client where they are using techniques/therapeutic modalities that will be of the most assistance. With this in mind, please know, I am here for you and ready when you are. When working with me, it is your time and you have control over sessions.
