In my teens, I struggled with severe anxiety, depression and PTSD. I began working with a therapist to get my sh*t together. Now, for over a decade, I have had the honor of helping others thrive and excel in life. I would love to help you do the same. My therapeutic toolbox is eclectic. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which teaches core skills in mindfulness, crisis survival, emotional regulation and healthy relationships. I also utilize motivational enhancement therapy to help you uncover what it is you want out of life. Together, we develop a plan to make it happen!
