Clarity makes life a bit simpler! Everyone deserves to heal and thrive. I take a holistic approach and focus on treatment of the whole person. That is, I consider social and mental factors, rather than just the symptoms. My goal is to help you shine in life and find meaning and purpose with a newfound calling. I am an avid hiker, camper, and kayaker and believes self-care in nature rejuvenates the mind, body, and soul. In addition, to this self-care regiment I believes in self forgiveness and self-love. “In order for me to love anyone or forgive anyone I have to first love myself unconditionally and be able to forgive myself.” I have a wide range of clinical experience at various settings including residential, community mental health and private practice. I enjoy working with older children (14+) and adult.
