Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming when we are experiencing depression, anxiety, or a trauma that has impacted every part of us. It can feel like it's hard to get out of bed, it's impacting your relationships, or gets in the way of doing the things that make you happy. Are you wanting to experience a sense of peace and understanding about your experience and how it may impact how you are showing up in the world? We can find a new sense of being in the world as we explore the inner workings and external impact of these experiences to transform it into something new. My counseling style is described as gentle, kind, and client focused where you have control over where our sessions run. Throughout our work, I help to build a strengths based/compassionate interventions while integrating your mind/body/spirit that helps you to reconnect with your true self. Increased awareness can create change that can last a lifetime. My mission as a therapist is to create a strong working alliance and safe space for you to explore the areas of your life that are not feeling congruent with your true self. Along the way, we will rely on your expertise in your life to inform our journey. I am excited to start that journey with you today! I offer sliding fee scale depending on income for cash pay clients. Please inquire and we can discuss that as an option.
