Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Addiction, Abandonment,

Introduction

I specialize in the treatment of Sex Addiction and Pornography Addiction as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT-C) trained under Patrick Carnes’ 30 Task Model. I help clients through the recovery process by utilizing specialized and targeted interventions to initiate sobriety, sustain long-term recovery, restore relationships, and put an end to living a double life. I am an accomplished Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. I treat adolescents and adults. I help all clients in their recovery from distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and all forms of abuse, past and present. My background also provides me a unique expertise in treating first responders and military. I practice from an individualized approach to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. I believe psychotherapy is a way of reclaiming our painful experiences and accepting them without allowing them to define us. This frees us to take committed action based on our values in order to live a more fulfilling, meaningful life.
