Introduction

I work with adults, couples and families for a variety of difficulties.You may be in a troubled marriage or relationship, suffering from depression or anxiety, struggling with substance abuse or living in a family stuck in conflict. I offer a calm, safe place to deeply connect with each other. I provide unconditional support and no judgement. I also offer empathy, compassion and tools to take with you. I can relate to what you're going through and I'm here for you. It can get better and we can work together to turn hope into results.
