Introduction

For the last decade, I’ve worked as a middle school teacher and in home therapist working with families in crisis. As I begin my clinical journey, my passions include; helping adults and kids deal with anxiety (whether acute or chronic) and grief and loss. I focus on Cognitive Behavioral techniques with a little Existential, Gestalt, and Attachment theory.
