Introduction

It's Ok not to be Ok I use a Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapeutic approach, which also incorporates a Mindfulness perspective. In layman's terms, we will talk about your Thoughts, Feelings, Emotions and Actions in hopes of finding a new out look for your life. Change is not always difficult, but it is Inevitable. My goal is to help you Embrace that Change. I also provide services to Veterans and First Responders. I am a ten year Navy Veteran and former Police Officer with fifteen years of experience. I am committed to helping you learn how to build healthier relationships first with yourself and then others. We will focus on targeting ineffective personal behaviors, habits, and beliefs. I believe in using a Growth Mindset approach to helping clients reach their goals.
