I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and honesty which, can be blunt. I believe therapy should be focused on helping you identify and develop the tools you feel you need to help you grow. Therapy, is your journey, and I will work with you to develop and define your goals, focusing on your strengths and develop additional coping skills. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic, transpersonal, person-centered and during our time together, we will explore what brought you to therapy and we will develop a treatment plan that will be designed to help you meet your goals.
