Introduction

I am passionate about helping people through the difficulties of life no matter the challenges they face. I offer counseling from a Christian worldview using the best evidenced based approaches to counseling. I am also passionate about helping helpers and leaders be better by first helping them help themselves. An empty vessel cannot fill others and I have spent years coming alongside those called to the helping profession take care of themselves. If you just need some coaching as you work on changes in your life I am able to help with that as well. I hold masters degrees in both clinical counseling and executive leadership and have years of past experience leading others and helping those whom I served navigate the difficulties of caring for themselves while caring for others.
