Introduction
I believe that every season of life comes with its own set of challenges. My goal is to help adults, couples, teens, and children navigate those difficult seasons. I am an APC (Associate Professional Counselor) and a graduate from Liberty University’s Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. My focus in therapy is on anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, building healthy boundaries, and coping with grief. My therapeutic approach includes Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, attending church together, and playing music.
