Introduction
I emphasize the importance of strong relationships with people by meeting them where they are and focusing on where they want to be. Therapy can be uncomfortable to start, but I strive to make each person feel heard and valued. I work with children age 10 and up focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, adverse childhood events and adjustment disorders. I also work with adults from all backgrounds and walks of life. I specialize in the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and issues around relationships, depression. and anxiety.
