I will use whatever clinical intervention modality that is appropriate for you but most commonly I use CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT intervention along with some Imago, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt and Gottman sprinkled in. I specialize in ADHD in adults and have tremendous success in supporting my patients in unraveling the chaos the condition has caused in their lives, self image, career, and personal relationships by creating a deep understanding of the diagnosis while charting a course of how to best thrive in their lives rather than merely survive it.
