I am also trained in EMDR. I work to provide a safe and collaborative environment to help clients reach their goals. I recognize the importance of treating both the mind and body and uses a systemic approach throughout the therapeutic process. I work towards helping individuals shift their focus from the past to the present and reclaim their personal power.
